Delivery/Refunds :

  • We use Royal mail or Parcel force for all deliveries either next day special delivery or first class delivery.
  • We will endeavour to post out items to the UK within 14 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays) of receipt and completion of your order however days are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
  • Flowers-for-Special-Days shall have No responsibility for any delay or failure to deliver within estimate time scales.
  • All items delivered require a signature, if a signature is obtained from any other person than the named customer at the specified delivery address the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.
  • Postage can be sent to your home address, parent's address or what ever address is convenient for you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging of goods is checked BEFORE signing the delivery note. If you have received a package that is damaged it is very important that you sign the delivery note as DAMAGED.
  • Please note unfortunately, as with most bespoke, custom made items, refunds are not available.  Not all items made specifically to order are subject to the 7-day ‘cooling off’ period, which applies to the sale of goods via the internet. Therefore, these items are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable, with the exception of damages. Your statutory rights will not be affected. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Price of product does not include postage and packaging.
  • To cancel your order you must contact us by email or by phone.
  • All parcels sent to you or sent back to us is your responsibility if lost. We advise you to use recorded delivery until we have signed for it.
  • All our products made are brand new so if the costumer damages it or is damaged during postage we will not be able to refund you, as the product is your responsibility ones it has left our hands.
  • All quotes will be guaranteed for 14-day period.
  • If you are happy with all the details and your order as been confirmed by both parties and if your order is over £50.00 a booking fee of 25% Non-refundable (deductible from order total) will be payable as your order is custom made for you.

  • All our artificial flower arrangements are designed and put together by hand.
  • All products are new and undamaged when posted.
  • Pictures are only  as an example as all products are made to order so the picture may be slightly different than the finished product.
  • Please remember that all my designs are made to order for you so please allow 21-28 working days for dispatch of your wedding flowers. Flowers for Special Days keep only a limited stock of the designs shown on the website. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you immediately to give you the option of an alternative product or delivery date.

       General:

  • Flowers for Special Days cannot be held responsible for accidents and injuries  gained as a result of misuse of  ANY of OUR products
  • Please be aware that all items sold by Flowers for Special Days in all cases are not suitable for  small children & babies. it is you're responsibility to monitor them should you choose to allow them to use anything purchased from us as some off our items may contain small pieces of accessories and jewellery. Thank-you for your understanding.

      

How to care for your flowers

  • Feather duster- a few quick, light passes with a feather duster will usually wipe away light dust that as settled on the leaves. Do this on a regular basis and you will avoid a build-up of dust that is more difficult to remove.
  • Hair dryer-Your hair dryer is a very versatile tool for more stubborn dust, try using your hairdryer on its coolest setting. However be sure not to get too close to the flowers as you may overheat them, causing them to loose their shape. The best way to store your flowers once they have been received, cover them well with acid free tissue paper and AIways away from sunlight and strong smells. This way they will look as new as the day you bought them from us.
